[14] Statment That Justice Horner was Bias

Justice Horner examined Mrs. Sails, and cross-examined Mr. Achtem. She did not Mr. Achtem examine. She used any ever evidence at Mr. Achtem's capacity for doing any math. Justice Horner did absolutely NO MATH. She agrigated what ever matrimonial assest, cash, equity was left unsplit at the time of Trial into Mrs. Sail pockets under the color of Law.
